阿根廷瑪黛茶 Argentina Mate Tea
今天是原本以為是普通的工作天，午餐時見到阿根廷的客人拿著一大包的茶葉，就幫忙了一下，好奇地問一下茶的名字，因為男仕不大會講英文，他就給我看看那個茶葉，然後他就放熱水到杯內。原來這是傳統的Mate Tea, 因為我給他的是剛泡好的水，他就先請我的經理喝，但太熱了經理喝了兩口就說可以了，怎知男仕堅持她要喝完😅，我也跟住做了。剛剛上網站看了一下，原來南美人習慣給朋友親人喝mate tea, 為表示禮貌一定要聽到最後喝完的聲音😅 原來高咖啡因的茶是這個味道，但本來有睡意的我也變精神了！
今天晚上還參加了社福團體的國際料理活動，香港代理的我們的菜色是港式炒飯及蕃茄炒蛋。大家都覺得挺好吃的😆😆
今天是一天在日本有國際體驗的日子😆😆
While I was cooking in the kitchen this afternoon, I helped a guy from Argentina 🇦🇷 who held a big pack of tea leaves. I was curious and asked the name of the leaves. Since we are not able to communicate in English, he asked me to smell the leaves and then poured the hot water into the mug. He first asked my manager to drink. Yet the boiling water is too hot that my manager can only drink a little bit. However, he insisted her to finish the rest until he can hear that last sound... I did the same after her ..😅 I just looked up in the web that it is more polite to drink till the end if somebody offer you Mate tea ☕️ It is first time for me to try the tea with high percentage of caffeine and it tastes alright ☺️ I became energetic even I was drowsy 💤 before .
Tonight my friend and I represented Hong Kong to join a international cooking party that we cooked the simple Cantonese fried rice and Tomato with eggs. Luckily, the feedback is good 😊
Today, it is a happy day of international exposure 😝 in Japan.
